Account Deletion
Delete Your Momivara Account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how the process works, what gets deleted, and what is legally required to be retained.

What Gets Deleted vs Retained
When you delete your account, most data is permanently erased. Some data must be kept by law.
- Profile info (name, photo, phone)
- Firebase Authentication account
- Pregnancy tracking data
- Wellness logs (mood, water, kicks)
- Medicine reminders
- Chat messages
- Community posts
- Notifications and FCM token
- Uploaded photos and files
- Emergency contacts
- Symptom notes and journal
- Subscription account linkage
- Medical/clinical records — retained by your clinic under its medical record-keeping obligations
- Visit and consultation records — retained by your clinic, and longer where a claim or complaint exists
- Payment and invoice records — up to 8 years (tax and accounting)
- Subscription transaction history — up to 8 years (tax compliance)
- Backup copies — until overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle
- Anonymized aggregate statistics — indefinitely (cannot identify you)
Retained data is stored securely, access-restricted, and used only for legal compliance. It is never used for marketing and cannot be linked back to your identity in aggregated form.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about account deletion.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed and processed, your data cannot be recovered. If you are unsure, consider logging out or contacting support first.
What happens to my active subscription if I delete my account?
Your Momivara account will be deleted but your Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately through the Google Play Store to stop future billing. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Will my clinic's doctor still see my medical records after I delete my account?
Yes. A clinical record (visit notes, lab results, antenatal or paediatric records) is your clinic's own record of the care it provided, and registered practitioners are required to retain patient records for a prescribed period — longer where a complaint, claim or proceeding exists or is anticipated. Deleting your Momivara account removes your login and personal profile, but it does not compel your clinic to destroy its medical record. If you want the clinic's record itself erased, that request must go to the clinic, which decides in line with its legal obligations. See Section 17.3 of the Privacy Policy.
Can I delete only some of my data without deleting my account?
Currently, partial data deletion (keeping your account but removing specific records) is not available in-app. You can contact info@trivartha.com to make a specific data erasure request and we will assess it based on applicable regulations.
How long does the deletion process take?
Your account is deactivated immediately upon confirmation. Your personal data is erased from our servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address once the process is complete.
I forgot my password. How do I delete my account?
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset your password, then follow the in-app deletion steps. Alternatively, email info@trivartha.com from your registered email address with your deletion request.
